“Dear Tokio Hotel fans, Although the Jingle Ball line-up is subject to change, we understand that some of you may have purchased tickets specifically because of the Tokio Hotel performance. Tokio Hotel had previously agreed to perform at Jingle Ball 2008; however, they chose to cancel as the band’s management team scheduled a conflicting commitment for them in Europe.For ticket refund information please contact Ticketmaster at 215-336-2000 or bring tickets to the point of purchase no later than Friday, December 5, 2008. Refunds will not be offered after Friday, December 5, 2008.

Queridos fans de tokio hotel, aunque el line-up del Jingle Ball esta sujeto a cambios, entendemos que algunos de ustedes pueden haber comprado el billete exclusivamente para la presentacion de Tokio Hotel. Tokio Hotel previamente estuvo de acuerdo de presentarse en el Jungle Ball 2008; sin embargo optaron por cancelar como el equipo tenia una agenda conflictiva para ellos en europa. Para la restitucion del billete por favor contactar a Ticketmaster at 215-336-2000 o traer el billete al punto de compra a mas tardar el viernes, 5 de diciembre. Los reembolsos no se haran luego de esa fecha.
